Refund and Returns Policy for EvoraLB

At EvoraLB, we want you to love your sleepwear as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Window

  • Tags Attached: All original tags must still be attached to the garment.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (including any matching pouches, ribbons, or boxes it came with).

Note: EvoraLB reserves the right to reject a return if the item appears worn, washed, or damaged.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Gift cards.

4. Exchanges (Size/Color Swaps)

We know that finding the perfect fit is important! If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the desired size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Order Number and the Reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

6. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or issued as store credit, if requested) within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery, your refund will be issued as store credit or transferred via Whish Money, minus any shipping or processing fees.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If EvoraLB made a mistake with your order or the item arrived defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Standard Returns/Exchanges: For all other returns (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
